Vicki Albin has been dedicated to the healing arts for over two decades. Since 1999, she has instructed families in infant massage techniques to support newborn wellness at home, building a deep foundation in touch-based therapy.

In 2002, Vicki discovered CranioSacral Therapy and was deeply impressed by the health outcomes she witnessed in her patients. This discovery became the cornerstone of her practice, and she has since committed herself to advancing her expertise across multiple specialty areas.

Vicki is the only Upledger Institute certified techniques-level practitioner in Ellis County, Texas. She holds advanced certifications spanning pediatric care, prenatal and postnatal treatment, geriatric work, and concussion recovery.

What Is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

By using a light touch — typically no more than the weight of a nickel — CST practitioners release tensions deep in the body to relieve pain, reduce dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance. By optimizing central nervous system function, CST naturally alleviates discomfort, strengthens disease resistance, and promotes overall wellness.

The body is a unified whole. CST provides the potential for the body to rebalance and heal itself, supporting the innate wisdom that every body possesses.
